Registration and Packet Pick-Up


Registration and packet pick-up will take place. Place: Cozumel Convention Center.

Date and times:

Thursday, November 22, 12:00 - 18:00 hrs.

Friday, November 23, 9:00 - 18:00 hrs.

Packet pick-up process:

1) Confirm your race number in the athletes list at the Cozumel Convention Center main entrance.


2) Sign the waiver form and show an ID which will be photocopied for our files.

3) Show your ID, entry confirmation print and waiver in your bib number corresponding line.




4) Pick your packet, it must include: Back pack, race numbers: body (2) , bike and helmet, swim cap, athlete wrist band to Pasta Dinner, information booklet, Winning Time chip, official fleece jacket, water bottle, and following bags: morning clothes, swim to bike, bike to run, bike special needs and run special needs.


5) Registration solutions: If you still have any doubt regardin g your registration information (name, gender, age group, etc), please go to this line and we will help you


*Important reminder to registered athletes: 
  

Only registered athletes will be allowed to compete. In order to receive your race packet you will have to show an official picture ID (passport, visa, or other official document). You will also be asked to give a copy of such document at the moment of registration, along with your signed waiver. Registered athletes will have to be present at the moment of registration to personally receive their race packets. We remind you that entries to
Ford Ironman Cozumel are non transferable! Please take this into consideration and avoid inconveniences.

ALL RACE PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 6:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 23rd.

Athlete Wristband
A wristband will be affixed to your wrist at athlete check-in. This band will identify you as an official participant and must be worn during the entire week. The wristband allows you access to the banquets, transition area and post-race athlete recovery area. You will not be allowed to remove your bicycle and/or gear from the transition area following the race without your wristband affixed to your wrist. Please do not remove your wristband until after the awards banquet or you will be denied entry.

Bike/Run Gear & Special Foods Bags
During athlete check-in you will receive the five gear bags:
• Silver: race morning clothes bag
• Blue: bike gear bag
• Green: bike special foods bag
• Red: run gear bag
• Yellow: run special foods bag
Please pack the correct gear in the appropriate bag and place them in the transition area
according to the instructions that follow. Be sure all of your gear is clearly marked with
your name and race number.
