BIKE: There will be an aid station approximately every 10Km (6 miles) with orange and lemon flavor regular Gatorade water, ice, Power Bar (bars and gel), bananas, oranges and cookies. 

These stations will close 10:30 hours after the race start.

RUN: You will find aid stations every kilometer offering Coke, orange and lemon flavor regular Gatorade, water, ice, Power Bar (bars and gel), bananas, oranges, pretzels and Vaseline. 

These stations will close 17 hours after the race start.
