Recovery Area

Throughout the bike course, there will be six (6) aid stations approximately every 10 kilometer
(6 miles) to supply you with Gatorade Regular Formula (lemon-lime and orange flavor) in ready-to-drink sport-top bottles, water, PowerBars, PowerBar Gel, ice, oranges and bananas. Be sure to toss empty bike bottles and sports nutrition wrappers at the drop targets immediately prior to each aid station. Water bottles will be exchanged at the aid stations. Individual bottles will not be returned to athletes.

These stations will close 10:30 hours after the race start.

On the run course, aid stations will be located approximately every kilometer and will offer
Gatorade Regular Formula (lemon-lime and orange flavor), water, Coca-Cola, PowerBars,
PowerBar Gel, ice, oranges, bananas and pretzels.

These stations will close 17 hours after the race start.

Special Foods Bags
Special foods stations will be located near the mid-point of the bike and run course. The special foods stations are for special nutritional purposes only and only food items will be allowed in the bags. All unclaimed bags will be discarded after the special foods station closes. Prior to the swim start, leave your special foods bags in the drop area before entering
the transition area.
